What type of algae is this?

Can anyone tell me what type of algae this is?

It's only on this fake plant, and a bit on the rim of one decoration in my tank. (So far ;-)

+1 on the diatom algae. It is not harmful, just unsightly. Usually happens to newly set up tanks. It is caused by silicate in the water!!
