Whats up with my neon

I noticed I have 2 neons with this small thing just under their mouth. They are acting perfectly normal, schooling, and courting with the other neons. I just don't know if this is harmful or needs to be treated. Any suggestions?

I would love to know too! One of my neons has the same bump... It's been that way for the past month he seems to be fine though
