I have room in the kitchen to add a tank that will be planted low-medium light plants. Couple fish, snails and shrimp. I'm debating the tank
Fluval edge 12
Fluval nano flora form plants
Aqueon 16 bow front (but this might actually be too big)
Opinions please??

We have a Fluval 12 and 2 Fluval 6's and I really like them alot. Finding plants can grow but give them a little dose of Excel/Glut daily and ferts once a week after WC's. In the 12 there is Ambulia, Corkscrew Val, Anbuis on DW, Crypt Wendtii, alittle Dwarf Sag. Thinking about adding some Cabomba Furcata to see how it does. I also didn't use the little carbon bag in the filter but made my own little Purgen bag of filter from a womans knee hi nylon.

I seen the fluval flora in last months drs.foster n smith and was considering it myself. This month its not in their sales mag.
If your going for planted I'd pick the flora over the edge because of the lighting. (I like the looks of the edge though)
