Which Tetra is this?

I looked up in kinds of tetras but didn't find result. They don't look bleeding heart tetras to me. What tetras are they?

serpae tetras, also called red minor tetras. pretty nice fish i think.

Thanks. Yes very nice looking but I read mean to long fin fish like Angels. They are nippy
