i am thinking about getting some white cloud minnows.

My 20Long is stocked with
10 harlequin Rasboras, one 2 1/2inch flame dwarf gourami, 1 amano shrimp, and 2 assassin snails.
( i just rehomed my 2 corydoras and 2 ghost shrimp into a 29 gal)

i researched they can grow up to @ least 2 inches, also they do best in a more cooler enviornment... and considering the size my gourami is and how many harlequins i already have,
am i able to get any? is it okay for the minnows in warmer water temp on the long run? (my tank temp is usu around 72-75 degree).
if i were to get them, how much more can i get so i wont be over stocked? they are schooling kinds and i am thinking about 6 at the least.

any advice?

If the tank is 20L (5gallons), no, I wouldn't advise any more fish. The tank is slightly overstocked as it it.
If the tank is 20 gallons, then yes, you can add a school of WCMM. Say 6-8 IMO.

oh no. if i mistakenly meant 20 liters, no its not a 20 liters, i meant a 20 gallon long.
