white floaties

hey everyone, i'm new to the aquarium hobby. recieved 120 gal. with a 12 inch iradescent shark, a 4 inch silver dollar and a 5 inch pleco. it came with a aquatop cf400 uv canister filter. i have a lot of floaties. any help would be appreciated

First of all, is your tank cycled? How long has it been running? What are the parameters like?
