white fuzzy floating things in my. freshwater tank

I havr recently started and it 'been about two weeks have a 10 gal.tank.
i curently have 2 neons and 2 fan tail guppies 1 female ang 1 male the female is pregnant. Any conserns or ideas on what it may be.

the tank is clear and fish seem to be fine.

i had fungus growing on the uneaten food once in a while

Clean up the fungus of the bottom, maybe get a snail...

Other than that you cant do much els exept feed less.
