White Skirt Tetra - Anyone know what this is?

Hello all... New here! I've been in the hobby for many years. Have suffered from MTS and have many running...

I have 9 Skirt tetras both black and white - I've had them about 3 years.. Today I noticed a white chunk of something in the anal area of one of my white skirts. I've NEVER seen this and have no idea what it could be...

Any assistance would be wonderful!!!!!! Attached a couple of pics but sorry for quality as fish won't stand still for too long!.....lol

Appears to be prolapsed anus to me.

Hmm.... Will that fix itself or should I be concerned? Never had this or seen this before...

It can fix itself. I'd try an Epsom dip, which helps. It can return though... once a fish get it, it seems to get it again.
