What are these white spots on my driftwood?

6 platies
2 zebra danios
2 zebra snails
1 cory

20 gallons

Well established tank.

Likely a type of fungus. Not harmful. Snails will make short work of it. Keep the tank water free of dissolved waste material with large, weekly water changes and you won't have to fret over a tank problem, because you won't have any.

I meant if you have zebra nerite snails they have a habit of spraying eggs around the tank lol. However they cannot hatch in freshwater. Certainly not harmful.
