White tipped tetras

I added 3 white tipped tetras to the community.

They seem aggressive towards the neons mainly during feeding.
If I up their # to 6 or 7 should this resolve ??

I tried to return them but they are a pain to catch.
My stocking is updated, however, I am only getting more of these nothing else.

Nipping in smaller fish is usually related to insufficient school causing insecurity. Bump up their numbers and it *should* calm them down.
