Busy cycling my tank. Well its cycled but just waiting to buy some fish at weekend. I cycled it with some filter media from my lfs. Fishless of course. I ain't done any water changes yet. Was gonna do a 50% at weekend to bring nitrates down. Anyways I have noticed white worms swimming around. What are they. Are they harmfull. Will they go away with a pwc. What should I do thankyou

You'll have to be more descriptive. When I fishless cycled my first tank, there were all kinds of worms. There were little thread-like worms called nematodes that squirm around in the water. There were reddish tubifex worms that built little tubes on the glass and in the sand. You could also have planaria, which are usually translucent with an arrow-shaped head that cruise the glass.

They are white and swim in the water. They squirm and wriggle through it
