White worms and other weird creatures

I seems to have several white worms and some weird creatures in my shrimp tank.. The white worms doesn't seem like planaria and the weird creature looks white and round and about 1-2 mm size. They don't seems like snails and they move pretty fast when they want to.

Anyone have any idea what is the best way to get rid of them? My fishes and shrimps seems to be ignoring them and they dun affect my fishes and shrimps either.

maybe water lice? they usually only occur in lakes and what not, but its been known to happen in the home aquarium
