Why are my plants not growing or dying

I’ve not had this selection of live plants for long and they are already starting to die or not grow or becoming coated in algae. Can anyone help? I don’t really have any experience in caring for live plants so I need some advice please. Pictures below:

Ensure lights are adequate for growing plants.
Ensure you are fertilizing.
Ensure your plant selection is adequate for your current setup.
Remove decaying plant tissue.
Change lots of water.
Plant them correctly (your anubias is not to be planted in the gravel).

Ok just a few questions:
Are tube lights ok or are led lights better
I use api leaf zone is this a good fertiliser
My Anubias is planted in the gravel (only the roots) with the membrane out of the gravel so I think it’s ok

Yes those are fine. Looks like you have enough light by the pictures you have given.

I would use Thrive - It is a true all-in-one fertilizer which API leafzone is not.

Yes, planting anubias with the rhizome above the substrate is safe.
