Why doesn't anything grow in my tank?

Fish don't grow, plants don't grow.

Helllllllpppp.

My tank has been going for a year and my brothers tank and my dads tank are doing fine(growing wise) but my tank just like doesnt want anything to grow.

Tank size? Water params? How often do you do PWCs? Fauna/flora stock list? Lights and light schedule? Any ferts?

I do PWCs once a week. I don't know what my plants are called but the plants I took pics of are the plants I have. Lights 7am-8:30pm. No ferts. All I know about my water params is that there is 0 ammonia I'll do a test when I have more time

What type of light do you have? T5NO/HO, T8, LED, CF, MH?
