Why is one of my Neon Tetras chasing my other neons around?

It seems that one of my neons, a small yet brightly colored one is harassing my other neons. I can't tell if it is going after one in particular, or just any one them. I thought these guys were peaceful little fishes?

If all the other ones are not as colorfull he might just be hitting on your girls!!

My neons chase one another. I think its the males mainly that chase the females especially. The males are skinnier and smaller. The females are plumper. Is the one doing the chasing slimmer? Don't worry they won't hurt each other, IME

Yea, a smaller slimmer one is chasing a more plump neon.

He cant eat the other ones.. Fish will only try to eat fish that can fit in there mouth.
