Will my Oscar kill my RTC at first I thought it would not happen but my Oscar who is smaller then the rtc is attacking him and taking skin what should I do because the rtc was 80 bucks and the Oscar was only 20

For the time being, I would either put the new fish in a separate tank or get a Plexiglas barrier in place as soon as possible - until more experienced folks give you better advice.

I would separate as soon as possible. Soon the oscar is going to kill the RTC without no mercy.

Like said above, you could separate them by dividing the tank, or putting the RTC in another tank (Which I think would be best.) Once separate, I would recommend doing 25-50% water changes everyday to help the healing of RTC. If any bacterial infections or fungus starts to show, I would medicate.
