Will fish regenerate there fins.

Long story short, I bought some fish that started eating the fins off of some of the other fish.

I'd like to know too. Our betta had his tail and fins 'nibbled' by some other fish. He still gets around just fine, but his tail and one side fin are shorter than they were originally.
