I just got 4 Uarus today. I wanted to get 5 since that is how many they had a week ago. I thought it would be a good number to find a pair. Well they were $14.99 each. Last time I saw them in a
LFS they were $30. I am planning on putting them in a 125 along with an adult uaru and a few plecos as soon as my filter and heaters get shipped to me. They are all in a 30 right now. It is way over filtered since I have 9 pristella tetras and a few bristlenose catfish and a banjo cat with them all as well. Just the Uarus and the small L001 are going to the 125. I have an Eheim ECCO 2223 and an Emperor 280 on it. Both filters are well established. Should be enough for a week right? All fish are small except for the one adult Uaru. He is about 4 to 6 inches. How do you measure fish. I guess when ppl ask how big they are. But have been wrong.
