I was wondering if me putting a trio of guppies in my 5 gallon with my 3 ADF would work. I target feed the ADF already and I was thinking a live food source would be nice for them. My filter is on low and it is rated for a 20 gallon tank. Thank you for your time

Personally I wouldn't; you'll be overstocked and unless the guppies are fry or very small the ADFs probably won't eat them.

They would be upgraded to a 20L in May so I might wait until than to get the guppies

I would wait, moving is always stressful on the fish. Plus May is just around the corner.

+1 on that, and guppies and ADF do great together.. But if you want to keep some fry, you better get some floating plants or something to help them hide because they eat the newborn guppies in no time

I will have plenty of hiding spots
