Have a 7-8 inch oscar in my 55 gallon and there is a 3-4 inch oscar too... When the smaller oscar gets bigger would they both try to breed?
What if the bigger oscar is a female and the smaller oscar is a male would they both still breed? Even if the male is smaller?

Im not going to keep both of them because i know how big they get ... If i move, i may get a 75 gallon tank in place of the 55 ...

You should keep them both. they will be fine. But Im not sure about the breeding part... Maybe turn up temp. and give tank more hours of light to trigger it. But ive never bred Oscars

I really think you need to just rehome one and just keep one the minimum for one Oscar is 55 gallons IMO

You can't sex oscars until you see one lay, so you wont know what you've got until they do.
