No you can't. It isn't ammonia. It is some other chemical. There is another thread about this somewhere...

It has ammonia in it, the problem is that it has a lot of other chemicals in it also, which probably isn't the best thing for a tank.

When organics break down they release ammonia, so most anything organic could theoretically be used to cycle a tank.
