WTF is this little guy

Can anyone identify what this little guy is in my substrate? He definitely wiggles around, and I found at least 1 more moving on the other side of the tank. Thanks in advance!

I think so too, was hoping folks could confirm or offer other possible suggestions. It seems like the most effective treatment options depend on correctly identifying the work species.

I've had them before in my shrimp tank, I got them under control with good gravel vac changes and especially cutting back on feeding.

I had them too, didn't know what they were. Thanks for identifying them. I did a good vac, digging down, and cut back on everyone's food. I haven't seen them since.
