i ordered a battery backup from there the total order was nearl;y 200 they charged me for it then didnt send it i called little over a week later when i had gotten my order and my battery backup wasnt in the order and they said they had gotten it that very day and they were sending it out that very day but as of yet i aint got it and i havent heard from them im calling them tommorrow if they aint sent it im gonna cancel my order
