2, 2x96 watt ballasts and cords

I just upgraded my lighting and have 2 Custom SeaLife 2x96 watt ballasts available. I have the power cords and also the wiring that would run to the bulb end fittings. The ballasts are older, and the old end fittings are shot, but someone with some wiring know-how should be able to rewire these into some new end fittings. Asking $10 each plus shipping.

and two reflectors for a DIY hood correct? well, plus bulbs.

Yes, and some wiring tools/experience. The ballasts have switches on them, although they control both bulbs at the same time.
