I started with 1 strip and was thinking I need more so I got another one you can plug up to 2 sticks of LEDs with one 60watt transformer and I also added 4 blue LEDs moon light with 12v transformer and you can link up to 12 of them together so total led lighting build was

$185 48 in 8k white
$185 48 in 8k white
Blue led modules $11.99 each x4 $48
60watts transformer $40
12 watts transformer $15

Total cost for me for lighting was a little under $500 but you can do with out the 2nd strip and only spend $225
Trust me this light is the bomb no heat no need for fan and retrofit is very easy to install let me know if you need more help with the LEDs lighting .

I checked out the site idream it's only 24watts with a 24 watts transformer that's why is $140

Current USA true lumen has 30watts with a 60 watts transformer so you can link up two strips with 1 transformer

Regardless he could get the transformer elsewhere for $20, so that makes it $160 a strip which still comes out cheaper than just a strip of the truelumens.

It's actually a 24V, 60 WATT transformer. True lumen pro isn't any better than ecoxotic, look at their PAR ratings. They're both fine choices. It's up to the OP (if he/she even wanted LEDs).

These come pretty highly recommended from most people I know who own 1 of their fixtures. Can't hardly beat the price... It's not used, but still a very decent price.
What's the brand name? Why do you like them if I may ask?

The brand name is the website, fishneedit.com

Quality piece of equipment for cheap, not the best, but certainly not the worst
