Dual bulb fluorescent fixture, 30"

I am looking to upgrade from very low light to low-medium light for my 29 gallon tank. Would like a dual bulb fixture set-up for T8 or T5-NO. Can be with or without bulbs. Ideally, I would like to be able to elevate a few inches above an open top.
