I need plants mainly moss that are easy "beginner" plants. I have a piece of Mopani that I would like to grow moss on. I also would like to keep it cheap as this is my first attempt at plants. I live in Michigan and its very cold with lots of snow so I need something that can make it here alive. Pm if you have any :) Paypal ready! Thanks!

I have some Taiwan moss and some other low light plants. I live in Warren, MI...where are you??

Harrison! About 25 minutes from Soaring Eagle Casino :) What do you have? Im interested but clueless about plants lol, and Im keeping cichlids so they may get tore up? But I would like to try some!!!

Oh. That's pretty far from here :(
I have some floaters-dwarf water lettuce and salvinia minima. Also, subwassertang, Taiwan moss and some cryptocoryne "green"
Since you are in MI it would probably be ok to ship first class mail to save a few bucks....shipping would be about $3 and I will send any of these for $2 per portion. I don't know too much about African cichlids, but I have kept angel fish and they did fine with all of these plants...they did nibble the floaters roots though.

Sorry! I had company over, but yes I live pretty far from everything lol! I will definately take some Taiwan moss, is the subwassertang a sort of moss too or more like a plant? Either way Id like some of that and I am also interested in the cryptocoryne :) I have never ordered anything from anyone on the forum so just let me know what I do next! :thanks:

the subwassertang is moss like, but it is not a moss. It will attach to objects, but I think it's actually a fern type plant. Technically I believe it's a fern gametophyte, which is a very interesting type of plant....I think it can be described as a fern that never grows up. It can be difficult to care for, here is a link to a good pic...

I have to run to the store. I will PM when I get back in a little while and we can hammer out the details

Thanks :)
