For sale/trade....100lbs. live rock....and lots of live sand

I live in Massachusetts...20 miles south of Boston. Local pick up only. Sorry, I will not ship.
I'm building a house and I need to get rid of the salt water.

But my loss is ones gain.

I have about 100lbs of live rock from liverocks.com.
About 6 months old. It's cured.

Full of algea type crabs and life....I beleive I got all the mantis...but no garantees...I haven't heard any snapping since I removed the two I found. They are in a separate 5 gallon tank!

I also have a rock with nice hairy mushrooms...that'll go with it if you want.

I have live sand from liverocks.com mixed with the bagged livesand you buy at Petco...can't remember the name.

I can get picks if you want.

Make an offer. I want to get rid of this stuff...but not trash it so please have a tank ready for it and have experience.... It's all in my 75 gallon.

Are you getting rid of the tank after the rock/sand is gone?

No...I'll most likely set up a freshwater tank...when the house is done.
