well do you want the best or the cheapest? the cheapest isnt horrible but you get what you pay for. cheap regulator is $80-90 good regulator $150. co2 tank you pick up local from welding supply or beverage company. then you have to figure out how you want to diffuse the co2.

What kind of filter do you have. If you have canister you can make a diffuser for about $10-15. Otherwise ebay usually has some decent deals on glass diffusers. Buying the CO2 tank locally is probably cheaper.
