Wanted: Lighting fixture

Hi I am looking for an inexpensive light fixture that can fit a 55g (4ft long) tank that I can get good plant growth with. Thank you in advance.

We have a saltwater hood that has fixtures for 4 bulbs, but I don't know how much it would be to ship it, it's fairly large. What's the most you would be looking to spend?
