I have a good size bolbitis huedelotii as well as some Java fern Windelov that are good for low light tanks. Anchor them to driftwood, rocks, or decor for planting. They are good uncommon plants that will grow well for you in low light. The bolbitis prefers to be put near a source of flow. Ill do $16 shipped for the plants in a small flat rate box.

My shrimp love elodea and small amazon swords. I have several swords and a lot of elodea. The cherry fry never leave it in my tank.
