Wanted: Low - Medium Light Package

Hello, I am looking for low to medium light package, i have a 27 gallon marineland cube with the 18-24" adjustable double bright LED fixture. I believe that gives me low to medium light. I'm looking for plants like low light swords, crypts, etc and maybe some root tabs (Oscomote plus or other homemade ones). Half my tank is gravel and the other half is seachem flourite black sand. No co2, no ferts as of now.
So, a package that contains some of the following:
-Crypts
-Swords
-Dwarf hairgrass
-Java moss

Not 100% sure if I'll buy, and don't have a lot to spend. Zip code is 80922.

hi, AFAIK Dwarf hairgrass is medium-high light plant. i like how it looked and starting out made a mistake buying it. it held up for a bit , longer then it should even, but eventually dissolved.
