Have you had any kind of ich or any sickness lately? Any parasites? I'd be willing if they are all healthy and there aren't any hitchhikers. Thanks.

Tank is completely healthy and never had any ich or anything. There are no snails but might have some algae. Maybe u'ld peroxide dip if decide to buy.

What are the lighting requirements for those plants?

Medium/High light is required for most plants in list. I run CO2 as well on the tank.
