Roak

I've just purchased what I thought was a reasonable amount of cobalt flake, turns out it's a paint can and my gf doesn't want it in the freezer. I bought it because the pro biotic is ☆allegedly☆ good for digestion therfore good in keeping gbr bloat free. Not a debate thread... Tell me why your fish need cobalt and I'll send you an ounce

iT IS A MICRO NUTRIENT , we all need a lot of minerals in small amounts
cobalt helps in
  • the production of red blood cells, and
  • to ensure the health of the nervous system

Not you, I quoted the post I was referring to. Shipping free unless like some faster than standard mail.

What about shipping? If no shipping cost, I'm in because my GBRs aren't very colorful and I'd like to get my fish off Aqueon.
