Shipping would be extra but I can't imagine it would be much. Maybe $8? Email me and we'll work it out. I'm not trying to make a ton on this, I just want it to go to good use.

It' 13" wide. The return dips into the tank 14" and has an extra 3" extension if you want it lower or visa-verse, you could make it just dip 3" in.
