would this be ideal for a 90 gal?what kna lighting would it be moderate high or what?

I think these would be fine on a 90 gallon tank.

**** Awesome Deal Its a bummer i just spent 155.00 plus shipping on basically the exact same setup.. My suggestion put them on Ebay...

Now we are talking apples and oranges.. Mh lights compared to PC lights is no comparison.. There is a major difference.. Check some of the lighting comparisons on this website... If you are just comparing the wattage we are talking 500w compared to your 260w unit.. But I would say that 500w of MH lighting would be equal to about 1000w of pc lights if not more..
