It's a sundial fixture with the built in timers for both actinics and 10000k.
I would say $50 for it? I will have to check for shipping.
Fedex would be cheapest and quickest at $18 for 3 business day transit.

It's about a year old, bulbs are a month old though.
I got it from a neighbor for the same price. I will take some pictures tonic when I get back home for you.
