Armano shrimp ?

Just added 4 armano yesterday and one shed its skin straight away.
Is this normal and just a coincidence . They all seem fine

Very likely the change to new water stimulated the the moult. It's quite normal to see this, but leave the moult in there, they'll eat it to recycle the calcium.
