Assassin snails shell is disintegrating?

Anyone experiences this? It's weird I'm noticing that its shell is full of holes and isn't its normal shape anymore. Anyone know why his would happen??

What's your pH? Snails usually like somewhat hard water with a neutral to above neutral pH.
