Blue Velvet Shrimp randomly dead

Please help! I checked on my fish tank to find one of my shrimp laying on its back twitching. Its not showing any signs of being alive after a few minutes. Are there any known causes of this happening?

This shrimp was very special to me. If I can find out what happened, I can save the other shrimp from whatever happened.

What are the parameters of the tank?

What are the foods you are feeding them?
