CAN I PUT RCS IN A 1/2 Gallon tank

Hey all, just wondering if I could put a few RCS in 1/2 gallon tank and breed them. Thanks!

Yes, but VERY few. That is not a good size for breeding. You could only have about 5 RCS or so in a .5 gallon. 5+ gallons is much better for breeding. I have my supreme red RCS in a 10 gallon.

Thanks bud, I was thinking about putting 2males in 3females in but wanted to double check...Who knows maybe Ill get lucky!

its not about luck its about the bioload. You'll have very low shrimplet surival rates in such a small tank.
