I've had a few large ramshorn snails die recently. The snail shells were quickly cleaned out by my resident colony of RCS. I guess most people would remove the now while shells but I kind of like how they look. Since the shells have whitened and started to break in spots, I was wondering if the shells will eventually dissolve? Seems probable to me.

Mine just dissolve without any problems, I just leave them :)
