Two weeks ago I put 1 red wag platy and one blue ramshorn(?) snail into. The fish is doing perfectly well but after four days my snail died. I took it back and got a new one yesterday and when I got home from work today it was dead! The tank and fish seems perfectly fine but my snails keep dying. Is my Platy killing it? Thats the only thing I can think of.

Can you please tell us a bit more about the tank parameters like size, tankmates, temp, ammonia ect?
Snails can actually be a bit sensitive, so poor water quality can effect them just like a fish.
Is it by chance a mystery snail instead of a ramshorn snail?
