feeding Bamboo Shrimp

ok now that i see my bamboo shrimp becoming more active and less shy. do i need to spot feed him at all? or can he live just filtering the water?

It depends on how large and well established the tank is. They feed off microfauna in the water column, so would do better in a well established planted tank. It's hard to say for sure, but if you feel that they are not getting enough food, then you can try spot feeding.
