How Long Before Shrimp Start Breeding?

I recently got 10 red cherry shrimp and I was wondering how old they have to be before they start breeding. The shrimp are about half an inch in length now. How big do they have to be before they start breeding? I have 6 females and 4 males in my population.

Usually you will start to see saddles form on the females then they will start breeding, I see saddles in different sizes of my cherries so it just mattered on the shrimp
