marbled crayfish

hello, i got a marbled crayfish recently i love him. he is in a 20 gallon cycled tank, he or should i say she (they are self cloning and are all females) tured the side of my tank and a rock into a cave and is there all the time she is 5 days berried (crayfish talk for pregnant) and has a gestation period of 22-42 days, are they only this shy the first few days or while there berried?

do you have water parameters?

or any other care needs?

any ideas as to what i should feed them?

Hey they're only shy when buried I have 5 adults and over 100 babies and I've only had them for about 3-4 months they're awesome. Everywhere says they're omnivorous and have a Sligh preference towards plants but the favorite among mine is shrimp pellets,and I feed my babies first bite as they get about 1/2" they'll eat the shrimp pellets too, they do good in even slightly below average water conditions, hope that helps let me know if you have any other questions
