New shrimp tank.

I recently got two new 10 gallon tanks and I wanted to use one as a shrimp tank.
I will have a pantyhose over the intake of my filter incase of little shrimp babys
I wanted to get fairly cheep shrimp to start(RCS?)
I will have a moss ball. Floating plants. And some other rooted plants that you guys recommend.
Tank is cycling now and the temp is at 76*F-78*F

Sounds like a pretty good plan to get started. Any plants that work with your lighting will work for the shrimp.
