Nymph in my 30 Gallon Shrimp Tank

While I was feeding today I noticed a little creature swimming around in the corner of the tank and after googling I think it's a nymph. After reading up on it I'm freaking out just a tad. It's small and I don't have the slightest clue what to do to get rid of it before problems start. Will there likely be more than one? Any advice would be a great help.

I should look it up, but a nymph is usually a good thing unless she lures you to sleep and pulls you underwater

DamselFly Nymph. I don't think a fairy would try eating all my shrimplets.
