Shrimp Feeding Schedule

I'm sure you have all heard this a hundred times, so I will spare the details and get to the heart of the question.

I have a 10 gallon tank with about 40-50 shrimp, a few otos, and a couple of snails that I have been over feeding. Does have a weekly feeding schedule that they would suggest to me? I just need something of a weekly ritual to keep from accidentally feeding too much on a regular basis.

I have 2tanks, my feeding ritual is as follows: Monday-Thursday feed a little bit at lights out. I fast them Friday-Sunday. Fasting them forces them to clean up the tank.
