Using a heater for shrimp?

I’m new to the group here. I have had lots of tanks from 10 gallon to 100 gallons. I used to raise African Cichlids. My tanks have been down for about 12 years now and I am interested in setting up a small Neocardina tank with some N class Endlers.
Does anyone use a heater at 76 to keep both in the same tank or is this too hot for the shrimp?
Thanks JSmith317
